John is currently a regional buyer for BAM Construction and has over 35 years’ experience in construction procurement across a number of sectors and countries. He has recently been awarded the Grown in Britain hero for 2018 and continues to support the good work of this organisation.

He has been a leading advocate of sustainable procurement in the construction sector and was involved in the CIRIA publication Guide to Sustainable Procurement in Construction.
