Pioneer company in laminated woods, Siero Lam SA is part of the Siero Group.
European leader in sweet chestnut wood, Siero Group is located in north of Spain and is made of two companies: Madera Siero and Siero Lam.
Maderas Siero, our sawmill, was created in 1982. Its activities range from forestry to the sawing and drying of Wood, which it complements with import and distribution of other woods.
Siero Lam SA, created in 1994 is specialized in making half-finished products. We have developed a wide range of innovative products able to enhance and improve natural and technical characteristics of the wood such as sweet chestnut glue laminated beams for which we have a GL30C certificate as well as a CE mark. Also laminated scantlings for doors/windows and solid panels (edge glued/finger jointed) for worktop, furniture and staircase.
We manufacture other products such as cladding, decking and solid flooring.
Sweet chestnut is naturally more durable and more stable than oak. For outside use it doesn´t need any treatment or maintenance.
We make as well products in other species such as oak, beech, pine, walnut, iroko, sipo, etc…
We are engaged in sustainable forest management and the preservation of its timber resources and can offer PEFC/FSC certified products.
